MIMA is Kronos Homes' latest project in Parque das Nações, adjacent to the successful Distrikt development. Designed by internationally acclaimed Broadway Malyan (founded London, 1958), MIMA represents a new concept in urban living that integrates residential, hospitality, and retail spaces.

Mixed-Use Concept

The development includes 180 residential apartments, a 142-room Tempo by Hilton hotel, 2 rental apartment blocks, and ground-floor retail and leisure spaces. This creates a vibrant, self-sustaining micro-neighborhood.

Architecture

Broadway Malyan's design features a distinctive brise-soleil facade that creates a "third space" — an open-air threshold connecting each home to the city. Every apartment has a terrace, and the building's orientation maximizes natural light and river views.

The project offers T1 apartments from 44m² (starting at €405,000) and T2 apartments from 64-74m² (starting at €645,000-€725,000). Note: prices are quoted without VAT.
