Start with the question
A consultation may suit a question about how a purchase works or what matters in your circumstances. If the answer requires examining a particular property’s documents or a contract, we will discuss the relevant review. A €150 written consultation does not include an unlimited document analysis.

Our lawyers can work on documents, help negotiate terms, communicate with the other parties and assist with preparation and completion. Choose help at a particular stage or broader support. Scope and fees are agreed for the task.
If you have already signed
A delay, dispute or unfulfilled obligation
Tell us what happened, what you have signed or paid, and what needs to be resolved. Depending on the situation, we can propose a consultation, document analysis, negotiation, out-of-court work or representation in court. You do not need to select a legal procedure yourself.

Legal work is carried out by the lawyers within our group. We are based in Portugal and work with international buyers and investors. Before starting, we agree the task, expected deliverable and fee.

Can I order only a contract review?
Yes. Contract review, negotiations and purchase support can be separate services. The agreed scope will be stated in the proposal.
Can I get a written consultation?
Yes, if the question suits that format. The base fee is €150. We first clarify the question and whether it requires a separate document review.
How do I find out the fee for ongoing support or a dispute?
Describe the situation and the help you need. We will clarify the details and prepare a proposal. Fees for individual reviews do not cover an entire purchase or case.
