Noble Assets is a group of companies that has grown from immigration and relocation services into a comprehensive real estate investment platform. Founded by André Mikhalevich, who has been based in Portugal since 2012.
André's first systematic experience with real estate came through the Golden Visa program, where he built investment portfolios worth €500,000 consisting of 4-6 properties, subsequently managing this real estate portfolio for investors.
Since 2024, the company has moved into a larger segment and currently manages a real estate portfolio of approximately €5 million — properties designated for deep renovation in the Greater Lisbon area, focused on the affordable housing market and maximum liquidity.
